2. Project Objectives
This project was implemented with the following goals:

Ensure stable power supply for EV fast charging during peak demand periods

Reduce electricity costs by storing energy during off-peak hours and discharging during peak time

Increase energy independence, especially in the event of grid instability

Real-world operation of a Smart Grid model with an EV charging station integrated with BESS and Solar. The BESS will supply power to priority loads in the event of a grid outage
