In May 2025, GG Industries (GGI) officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing plant in Vietnam. This marks a strategic step in affirming domestic production capabilities while realizing the Make in Vietnam vision in the field of green energy.
Regional Scale and Cutting-Edge Technology
The factory is designed with an annual capacity of 5 GWh, equipped with advanced production lines meeting international standards: GB/T36276, IEC62477, IEC61000, and UN 38.3. Once operational by the end of 2025, the facility will supply high-quality Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions to both the domestic market and multiple export destinations worldwide.
Comprehensive End-to-End BESS Solutions
At the groundbreaking ceremony, GGI’s leadership emphasized:
