The factory has a designed production capacity of 5 GWh per year, operates in line with international standards, and implements rigorous quality inspection processes before products leave the factory and are delivered to the distributor network.
GG Power’s domestic manufacturing capability was also an important factor in An Minh Energy’s decision to become a distributor. This advantage provides greater supply flexibility while facilitating 10-year warranty services, technical support for product installation, and responsive after-sales service, with customer requests acknowledged within 30 minutes, technical feedback provided within 2 hours, and on-site support typically available within 4–12 hours.
