Sales & Marketing Director

With over 15 years of experience across diverse fields and roles, particularly in business strategy development, partner development, and technology projects. Played key leadership and participatory roles in major projects of VinFast and Vingroup, such as the manufacturing complex in Hải Phòng, electric vehicle and motorcycle development programs, as well as global digital transformation strategies.

Equipped with strong negotiation skills, market and product research expertise, and the ability to manage multi-sector and cross-cultural operations.

Technical Director

A senior project management professional with over 13 years of experience, specializing in multi-million-dollar projects, particularly in renewable energy, battery manufacturing, and waste management.

Led large-scale projects such as lithium battery manufacturing plants and initiatives at VinFast, with budgets reaching hundreds of millions of USD. Possesses strong multi-functional management skills, budget planning expertise, and experience in executing plant construction processes to international standards

Nguyen Thu Hien

CFO

A seasoned financial leader with over a decade of expertise in financial planning, capital markets, and corporate management. As the former CFO of Scommerce and Deputy Head of Debt Capital Markets at Vingroup, she successfully managed multi-million-dollar fundraising projects, mergers and acquisitions, while shaping financial strategy and overseeing risk management across multiple industries. Nguyen Thu Hien brings exceptional capabilities in strategic financial planning and analysis, capital raising, M&A strategies, investor relations, budgeting, cost control, and ERP system optimization.
